Rosalind Wiseman is a teacher, author, and media spokesperson on bullying, ethical leadership, social media, and media literacy. She wrote "Queen Bees & Wannabes," a bestseller that later served as the basis for the hit movie "Mean Girls." Her most recent book is "Masterminds and Wingmen: Helping Our Boys Cope with Schoolyard Power, Locker-Room Tests, Girlfriends, and the New Rules of Boy World."

How can boys cope with major issues growing up such as self-identity, dealing with racism and homophobia, standing up for themselves and what principles matter to them, and as society puts it, "be a man?" What about issues such as bullying and hazing, as shown in an extreme sense with the Sayreville High School Football case that can actually be considered sexual assault? When is it right to fight and when is the right choice to "use your words?"

And how can caring parents help their boys without unintentionally hurting them in the long run?

Cenk Uygur talks in-depth with Rosalind Wiseman about raising boys in a way that helps them become well-adjusted, honorable men.
